He came to assess the job and quote for our idea of knocking through/changing the original kitchen but he also proposed a different and far better concept of moving the entire kitchen and converting a rabbit warren of little used spaces at the back of the house. We got another quote to compare but Andrew's fully inclusive service and the fact that we trusted the quality of his work from before, secured the contract. Andrew is an expert in his field, from start to finish it has been a joy to work him and the team. They are professionally courteous, clean, friendly, punctual, reliable and do exactly what they say they are going to do. Throughout the whole project, costs were kept transparent, issues communicated but resolved, scope changes clearly impacted, we were only really involved in the fun parts like design decisions and choosing the kitchen. Andrew helped us to choose an off the shelf reasonably priced kitchen and then bespoked it to look like a custom made fit. The vision and experience that he bought to this project has transformed our space into a stunning kitchen/living area. With a vague ask (we wanted the feeling of more space and light, but weren't sure what was possible), Andrew spent considerable time with us and quickly came up with ideas that we had not considered. He had genuine enthusiasm for potential designs and very clearly has significant talent in this area, while also clearly communicating what would not be in our interests. All of the work has been completed to a high standard. Andrew and his colleagues somehow managed to make the whole process straightforward and remarkably stressed free. Everything was kept as clean and clear as possible and Andrew/all colleagues were genuinely so easy to have around.
